Varixinal® is recommended for people who suffer from varicose veins and other symptoms of chronic vessel insufficiency.  It contains four healing plants which strengthen and stabilize the vessel walls, decrease swelling, improve oxidation and blood perfusion of tissues.

Horse chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum) – the extract from the seeds of this tree contain the effective substance aescine which belongs to the group of saponins.  It supports circulation in the veins and influences the tension of vein walls, decreases their fragility and refractivity.  In addition, it helps to remove suffusion of blood and swelling.

Butcher’s broom (Ruscus aculeatus) contains ruscogenines and neuro-riscogenines which improve the flexibility of vascular walls; moreover, it speeds up the flow of blood in veins and prevents congestion.

Blueberries contain anthocyanins which act as antioxidants. They support the normal growth of connective tissue and the resistance of capillaries in the human body and improve blood flow in veins and capillaries.

Gotu kola strengthens vascular walls and improves blood flow and the metabolism of connective tissues of vascular walls, so it is a valuable substance during the treatment of varicose veins.
