Contains dietary fiber (glucomannan and guar gum) with the stodgy and slightly laxative effect, soothing the digestive process. Herbs rosemary and mint are rich in volatile oils having karminantno action that helps to eliminate retention of gas in the digestive system. Brown algae are rich in iodine, which activates the metabolism through stimulation of the thyroid gland.

L-carnitine is well known as a "fat burning" amino acid that stimulates fat burning in the mitochondria of cells. Another amino acid that is found in capsules of Plan S – L-tyrosine is a precursor of adrenaline and noradrenaline, and reduces stress exhaustion. Amino acids L-valine, L-isoleucine and L-leucine are essential for the structure of muscles and proper use of energy in them.
Use Directions:
2 to 3 capsules per day with a glass of water.
