Each capsule contains: Flax oil 1000 mg. 

The most important components of flaxseed oil are fatty acids: Omega 3, Omega 6, Omega-9 and other unsaturated fatty acids. 

Omega-3 acids are present in sufficient quantities only in linseed and fish oil.
