Sedaton capsules Ingredients:

Lemon balm extract (Mellissa officinalis) 90 mg
Marine magnesium (magnesium oxide) 80 mg
Valerian extract (Valeriana Officialis) 75 mg
Hop extract (Humulus lupulus L.) 60 mg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 3 mg.

Sedaton capsules  Dosage:

For adults and children over 12 years – from 1 to 2 capsules daily. In case of strong nervous tension and irritation – 1 capsule in the morning (or at noon) and 1 capsule in the evening. For sleep problems – 1-2 capsules in the evening before bedtime. To maintain a normal nervous system and stable mental function – 1 capsule daily. Do not exceed the recommended dose of 2 capsules daily. It is recommended to consult a doctor during pregnancy and lactation, and when taking other sedative products. Does not affect the ability to drive and use machines. Not addictive.
